Why do you do it?

Social media for small businesses can be daunting. Individual consultants can charge small companies thousands of dollars a month and leave their customers with no real explaination of what is going on. We are different. Our monthly reports show our clients exactly where their followers came from: posting, a geotargeted operation, hashtag, or other sources. We perform all functions of a well-rounded social media operation from start to finish.

Do you draft content?

That depends on the client and what type of content. We can schedule your media up to six months in advance. Please note that media for an upcoming week on scheduling is required to be submitted by Sunday night at 9:00 p.m. PST, and content to be posted Monday before 3:00 p.m. must be submitted by Saturday at 9:00 PST.

How much do you charge?

What is competitive intelligence?

Thank you for asking this! We don't just focus on you, we are also evaluating your competition to make sure that you have the best results! Example: Other social media firms who our clients routinely come from include:

1) Agora Pulse: Great content dashboard, but you can't easily reach customer support and you are forced to use their dashboard for scheduling. Our clients inform us their reports are also lacking, and they routinely have issues keeping accounts active.

How we differ: We have advanced verification processes to ensure that social media accounts stay valid, and an e-mail verification process that makes it so if your account requires confirmation we don't have to contact you to perform that. Most social media scheduling firms lack this capability, and often won't admit posts did not fire correctly.

2) HootSuiteVery popular! We loved the concept of a 30 day free trial, and their post scheduling operation is nice. You're looking at spending more than $300 at once for their cheapest plan (locking you in for a year) or $129 a month minimum otherwise. 

How we differ: Unless you are designing a massive spambot operation we don't think you need to have 20 profiles on there. And if you DO want to do a massive spambot operation, we can also definitely do it cheaper and better than they can. For everyone NOT looking to annoy the rest of humanity, we offer targeted solutions for the accounts your business actually need, without a bunch of fluff. 3) BufferWe won't lie, they have great reviews! People like their content calendar (We have one of those...) and also enjoy their dashboard.

How we differ: To begin with, we don't have "Basic" or "advanced" analytics. We have expert analytics, and we don't charge you more or less for a dumbed-down version.Furthermore, we have enough branding sense to not name our product something that means "needs to load" and induced terror among Netflix users.  A lot of people seem to complain in regards to the ability to edit or schedule media. Our users don't have that issue: we have our own content calendar and we do a lot of the image editing for you. Also, we give you a lot of direct education. We don't rely on any wierd browser extensions because if you have a marketing question we'd direct you to simply call us. Also expensive at $99 (for your first glance at "Advanced analytics") to $399 a month.
